Yes — we are a wholesale distributor and require a verified business account to place orders. Sign up at /sign-up and our team will verify within one business day.
Returns & warranty
Open the order detail page in your dashboard — return status appears in real time once your package is received and inspected.
Returns can be rejected for missing PR numbers, parts that show installation damage, or items outside the return window. Contact support for the specific reason.
If a SKU doesn't appear, the item may be outside its return window or marked non-returnable. Reach out to support and we'll review the order.
Most RMAs are inspected and credited within 1–7 business days from when we receive your package.
Yes — rejected items can be returned to you at your shipping cost. Contact support to arrange the return shipment.
XO7 OLED/LCD Breakage Coverage protects qualifying displays against accidental breakage during installation. Coverage details are listed on the product page.
Buyback
Yes — once your buyback quote is approved, we email you a prepaid shipping label.
Reach out to support with model details. If we can grade and resell them, we'll add them to your quote.
Account
Store credit can only be applied toward future orders — it cannot be transferred to a card or bank account.
Open Account → Payment methods → Add new card. We tokenize your card via our payment processor and never store the full PAN.
Yes — wholesale customers can request API access through their account manager. Documentation is provided after credentials are issued.
Orders & shipping
Tracking numbers appear on your order detail page once the carrier picks up the package, and are also emailed automatically.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact support immediately and we can update or cancel it. Once shipped, it cannot be changed.
If a guaranteed-overnight package misses its committed delivery date for reasons within the carrier's control, we'll file a claim and refund the shipping fee.
Sales tax
Upload your resale certificate from Account → Tax exemption. Once verified, future orders ship tax-free.
We collect sales tax in states where we have a nexus. The amount is calculated based on your shipping address.
Devices
Yes — we sell new and pre-owned devices alongside parts. Browse the catalog at /catalog or see grading reference at /quality.
Most pre-owned devices ship without original accessories. New device listings note included accessories on the product page.
Account managers can export the full device catalog on request. Contact support and reference your account number.
